Kristin Robinson

Board Member

Kristin Robinson is a two time graduate of the University of Michigan, attaining both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Public Health. Ms. Robinson has worked 16 years with community based non-profit organizations, and specializes in program planning, development, evaluation, and grant writing, among other areas. Ms. Robinson has 12 years experience in Healthcare, where she specialized in coaching, quality, safety, process and policy development and performance improvement.   Furthermore, Ms. Robinson spent eight years in Research in the Public Health, Healthcare, and non-profit areas, specializing in studies focused on the relationships of health, psychosocial factors, and quality of life. Through her research she became a published academic author. Currently, Ms. Robinson spends her time as a consultant and grant writer for non-profit organizations across the country . 

 

When she was younger she was a dancer as well as playing soccer, volleyball, and was an accomplished runner in both Cross Country and Track and Field. She coached youth Track and Field and Baseball for five years, leading to her passion for youth athletics. She credits her own athletic experience to her strong organizational, critical thinking, team-based and leadership skills. She lives in Michigan and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs, partaking in both winter and summer water sports, as well as gardening and creating art in her home studio.
